Erik's tooth was loose and fell out today

I am taking a rest from memes today and tomorrow.
(But please remember to come back and visit me on Monday August 30th when I post my interview with Patricia Rockwell.)

My son Erik's baby tooth got to be very loose and fell out.

Erik is eight years old, so this is not his first loose tooth or his last.

And since I was the one to help him remove his wiggly tooth, he was kind enough to let me document and post this event.

Thank you sweetheart! (I gave him his first mobile phone.)
I hope the tooth-fairy is good to you!
Best wishes,
Anna

Mrs. Matlock's Alphabe-Thursday - Rainbow Summer School - Rainbow Blue

Photo Copyright Christina Wigren
Here are some of my collection of blue buttons and beads

Today is Thursday and time to link with Mrs. Jenny Matlock's Alphabe-Thursday Rainbow Summer School. This week's colour is RAINBOW BLUE. I don't have that much to say about the colour blue other than that it is very, very popular. I can almost always sell something that is the colour blue in one of my jewellery shops.

F is for Ferrets etc - Mrs. Denise Nesbitt's ABC-Wednesday, Round 7 - F

'F' is for Ferrets and other fine things

'F' is for ferrets, foxes and ferns,
Forests with fir-trees, and forgiving concerns.

'F' is for Finland and football and fire,
Fiction and fable and all you desire.

'F' is for fairness and fondness and fame,
Finches and feathers on any fowl you name.

'F' is for someone upon whom you can depend,
My most favourite 'F'-word, is, of course, 'Friend'.

Best wishes
Anna

Ruby Tuesday - A red necklace has found a good home!

This warm red necklace 'Rose hips' was sold to a person whom I greatly admire, Mrs. Jenny Matlock of Off My Tangent and host for such great memes as Alphabe-Thursday, Story-Time Tuesday and Saturday Centus. She even wore it for her new blog profil photo! (Go to her site profil and you will see that she is wearing my necklace!)

That made me very, very happy, Jenny! Thank you so much!

I have relisted the red necklace with a different clasp, as well as a matching bracelet:

Thank you for visiting!
Best wishes,
Anna

Blue Monday - Blue pressed glass dagger necklace

Blue on Monday. I've posted this necklace before, but never listed it. But I will now.

This necklace is so light that it could blow away in the wind up here on my balcony.

Here's a close-up of the simple, but elegant sterling silver toogle clasp.

It looks like a blue glass fringe! But I like it!

It is very light-weight, made of cobolt blue pressed glass daggers from the Czech Republic and two sizes of cobolt blue seed beads.

Thank you for visiting!
Best wishes,
Anna
